Our residents enjoyed a lovely lunch at Hozy's grill before getting ready for our 1950's-themed party in our Memory Care. The celebration featured dancing, delicious snacks, and a silent auction. All in support of the fight against Alzheimer's.💜💜

Oakmont of Santa Clarita hosted a memorable Casino Night in support of the fight against alzheimer's. Residents, families and friends came together for an incredible evening filled with exciting games, great music, and delicious food, all for a meaningful cause.

Special thanks to Remedy Home Health, Priority Home Health, Concord Home Health, 1Heart Caregivers Service, and Affinity for your generous support, Pax Pharmacy, Pioner Caregiver Service. As of today Oakmont of Santa Clarity has raised over $11,000.

Our residents and staff had a wonderful time celebrating the Fourth of July with a delicious BBQ prepared by our culinary team, live music, dancing, a fun "You Be the Judge" activity, and a spectacular fireworks show that everyone enjoyed right from our own patio🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
