Hello lovelies...
Egg Frittata
Air Fryer Preheat 350 degrees
Mix 5 eggs
Salt
Pepper
Paprika
Add veggies/meat of your choice
I used sweet onion, tomatoes, green pepper, and cheesy Smoky Links
Top with cheese of your choice

I cooked it for 15 minutes and then added another 5 minutes. DELIGHTFUL!

Best part...leftovers!

- Air Fryer Smoked Sausage
- Preheat 370 degrees
- Cut sausage into bite sized rounds and try to have only 1 layer
- Spritz with avocado oil
- Cook for 6 minutes - make sure to shake, shake, shake at 3 minutes
- Use a sauce of your choice, if you choose.

- Air Fryer Bougie Bun Burgers
- Preheat 370 degrees
- I used an 80/20 lean fresh hamburger patty
- Spritz with avocado oil
- Cook for 6 minutes and then flip and cook another 6 minutes - you want 160 degrees in the thickest part of the burger
- Bougie Time - I used a large deluxe bun to set the burger on and seasoned it with salt and pepper and added chopped onion, mustard, and ketchup. The bun is what makes this juicy burger the bomb!

Hello lovelies - nothing notable yesterday to post about...just ate left overs.

BUT tonight, I preheated my air fryer to 380 degrees.

Originally I was going to use lemon pepper seasoning but apparently I have used it all🙄! So I chose chicken roasterrie seasoning.

I had some thawed out skinless, boneless chicken breast and sliced them into strips. I had a bunch of fresh asparagus and cut that up too. I tossed it all in a bowl after seasoning all of it together. I gave it a few spritzes of avocado oil and popped it in the air fryer for 10 minutes. Halfway through, I took it out and gave it a shake, shake, shake. I did add 3 more minutes after the timer went off...personal preference.

I had enough for tonight and tomorrow, which makes me giddy!

I did drizzle some lemon juice on my asparagus before I ate! Yummy!

Good evening my lovelies! Tonight I tried my air fryer with eggs. Stay with me...

Preheat that air fryer 270-280 degrees.

I placed 2 eggs in my silicone basket not touching - it helps the air circulate better. I put them in the air fryer.

I set my timer for 11 -12 minutes. Now, the timing directly correlates to how you like your eggs. See the pictures below.

Immediately place the eggs in an ice bath - this stops the cooking process. Wait until cool enough to peel. Start at the wide end of the egg, as this is where the air pocket typically resides!

I like all eggs, but tonight I opted for a jammy egg with sourdough toast. I cut the eggs in half and sprinkled salt and pepper on them. I have included a picture below.

Can I just say that jammy eggs on a cold night with toast, makes a cozy, yummy meal?

Eggs = protein = keeps you fuller = helps diabetic medication help your body better.

I was quite surprised and pleased that air fryer eggs are easy peasy!

I preheated mine at 400 degrees.

Tonight I used frozen UNBREADED shrimp with tails, along with thin strips of green pepper and sweet onion. Thinner yields easier cooking. YES...FROZEN shrimp! Stay with me! I have a picture of the shrimp I
used below.

I sprinkled Fajita seasoning (Rural King) and a drizzle of lime juice. Then I added 1 - 2 spritzes of avocado spray oil and using tongs, I tossed everything in the silicone basket.

Stick to avocado, coconut and olive oil when using an air fryer basket since they are stable and have a high smoke point.

The healthiest oil to use for air frying is avocado oil. It is packed with healthy fatty acids, low in saturated fat, and high in monounsaturated fat.

Once preheated, I placed the goods inside the air fryer. Cook for 5 minutes.

My air fryer has a shake timer to remind you, but I am typically timing it in my head. So, at the 2.5 minute mark, remove and shake, shake, shake. Put back inside.

Once done, remove silicone basket CAREFULLY. Turn your air fryer off and unplug. Use tongs to mix the goods again and serve.

Ta Da! Done and done! It took longer to prep than to cook. You could serve over day old cold rice warmed up or make a fajita. I ate mine plain and may I say...it was DELIGHTFUL!!

If you do not have one, I highly encourage you to do so. DO NOT be intimidated - confront the air fryer! You can do it!

Mine is a Kalorik - 5 qt. I purchased mine at Menards. I also invested in Amazon silicone air fryer basket liners, after using the paper ones. They can be easily inserted and removed and put in the dish-washer on the top shelf. Linked below.
