💥Tomorrow and I record our 200th episode of The Frequency Specific Microcurrent Podcast!
🦠What started as 2 friends and colleagues sharing and learning during COVID’s shutdown, grew into a weekly routine, with a live audience 200 episodes later.
💙 My heart is full of gratitude to Dr McMakin, Kevin our producer (aka the wizard behind the curtain) and everyone that shows up live or finds us after on or wherever we are…
🙏🏻 I am so blessed to have found a career that allows me to be of service to others. To help reduce pain, improve someone’s quality of life, and to help mentor others along the way, is truly life’a greatest gift.

She and I are a lot alike.
We exist in a world mistrusting of others until proven otherwise.
We can read the energy of a room and sense a nefarious person a mile away; we won’t forget it, and we are never wrong about them.
Conversely, we know only one way to love; that is fully, completely, and perhaps a little possessively. We will run into the eye of a hurricane if someone we love whispered help. We would do it on repeat, and without hesitation.

Our hearts and our minds require movement. Keeping us still will end in disaster.
We need structure, routine, and a job that fills our hearts.
And we can only sleep at night if the people we love are safe.

We are called high-maintenance and intense; they are right and we are.
And deep within our misunderstood selves, lies an unstoppable obsession for greatness….

.🇮🇪 Grateful for this epic trip to Dublin to teach the best of the best…
🧩 Once upon a time, I prayed for a job that would allow me to help others; a job that would make a difference, a job that I could use my body and mind, soul and spirit.
💚 I prayed it would lead me to experience the world; and by which, I would also learn and understand the very differences between us are also the same as what binds us.
🟩 I prayed for a job that would keep me learning, and stretch my mind. And for opportunities to not only meet people, but foster real relationships built on authenticity and respect.
☘️ Thank you & for the invitation to share my work and for the chance to experience such a special place. This trip will not be forgotten.

☮️ Stillness. Calming my movements, my breath, my mind.
🧐 Have you even noticed when you’re calm and grounded, you’re a magnet for our animal friends?
😊The same could probably be said for our bipeds one too…. Our good energy attracts good energy.
👉🏻So as the races are off the calendar for now, instead of chasing and running, I choose stillness.
👊🏻 And with Stillness, is time for Gratitude. My last race, I dedicated each mile to people or situations I was most grateful for….
🙏🏻 Thank you for such an epic experience, especially for your classes, presence and support. More yoga and meditation meant faster and more purposeful running.

🫶🏻Mom. The greatest “job” I will ever have.
💪🏻Especially to 2 of the greatest athletes I have ever had the privilege of working with.
👉🏻Watching these 2 pursuit their dreams, on their own, against the grain, fighting obstacle after obstacle.
👊🏻Nothing has been easy, or given…
💔And Mamas out there: if you do it right, it hurts like hell when they leave.
💕Girls, you are amazing!

🧡What’s better than running 1 race? Running 2
🥇Running along side my girls will always make this mama’s heart beat just a little stronger.
🥈And running the SF 1/2 marathon for the second time (beating my previous time by almost 7 mins, 6 years older) while my oldest was in the crowd, cheering me on, is something I’ll not soon forget.
🥉Yes, we can do hard things. Running, like life, doesn’t get easier… but we can get better, and learn how to stay in the hard spots.
❤️ Huge shout out to my fav 4 for ALWAYS reminding me I always have more…
🤓More info on racing later. It’s time for being present in the runner’s high… and signing up for more races…
