Sciatica… there’s more you can do on your own in between appointments that help a lot!

1. Try the figure 4 stretch (and other stretches such as cat cow, childs pose).
2. Foam or ball roll gluts, hamstrings, piriformis, and calves
3. Ice or heat
4. Rest on back when knees bent or legs up
5. Massage gun in QL muscle, TFL, and gluts.
