We’re feeling cautious hope as U.S. cannabis policy begins to shift, and grateful for the growing community forming around conscious healing. This time of year reminds us of impermanence: our own lives, our loved ones, even the world as we know it. Rather than turning away, we’re invited to meet this truth with compassion. To let the pain in, not as a burden, but as a teacher.

It’s getting colder, and my heart can feel it. The daylight shortens, the leaves fall, and the earth—like many of us—seems to be in a season of transformation and tenderness.
