Hello friends,

I’m thrilled to bring this workshop to you!

With over 35 years in movement science, my passion has always been understanding what truly inspires people to move—not just for health, but for joy, exploration, and connection with life. Along the way, I found yoga to be the perfect embodiment of physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leading me to happily focus my teaching in this space.

However, something was missing. When I discovered Nick St. Louis’ Foot Collective in 2020, I deeply resonated with the lack of education surrounding foot health and balance training. Ever since, I’ve worked with The Foot Collective in training and education, committed to spreading knowledge rooted in our core values: Truth, Fun, and Community. Our mission is simple—helping people worldwide restore foot and lower extremity health so they can move freely and confidently through life.

That’s exactly what these SoleMate Sessions are about. They’re designed to be fun, dynamic, and thought-provoking, while also challenging your limits in a supportive way.

Amy & Sally opened the first HOT YOGA studio to Santa Cruz County and continue to share this amazing practice that has brought thousands of people healthy bodies and a deeper connection with self.

Village Yoga offers not only the original Hot Yoga series but also, Flow, Restorative, YogaBarre and Yin to provide you with a well rounded practice. We provide the therapeutic benefits of the heat through our INFARED HEATING panels. We find this heating to support your practice and body in sweating and healing. The panels provide a nice heat that may make it approachable to people who might be initially intimidated by the heat.

Our community is supportive and encouraging.
