You are invited to FireFlex Yoga's Teacher Training - February 2-4, 2024. This one-of-a-kind training is for yoga practitioners who are interested in bringing yoga to and in their community. Prior certification is not required; a yoga background is encouraged. Yoga teachers who have their 200-hr certification can earn 12 continuing education credits through . You're invited *Tuesday May 16* to a movie event with several of Portland's First Responder resources on site. Film Producer Conrad Weaver is biking coast to coast from Oregon to Maryland to deliver film screenings in 25 cities - he will host a post-movie panel discussion with Portland Police Bureau Commander Erica Hurley, Portland Fire & Rescue's Jon Harrell, Dr. Stephanie Conn, and FireFlex Yoga's Shannon McQuaide. Movie tickets are $10 and include pre-movie outdoor yoga - if you've never tried yoga, this class welcomes beginners, come try it and bring a friend! FireFlex Yoga was designed for First Responders and all are welcome. Yoga starts at 5:30 and then Ptsd-911 Movie begins at 7:00.
