Feeling into gratitude today for the ebb and flow of life. With deep acknowledgement of the many changes large and small, intentional and divine, I am in awe of this experience called life.

With deep love for connection to others, I find myself expanding. Feeling safe to express facets of myself and rewarded with genuine appreciation for who I am in the world.

It’s less about what I am doing differently and so much more about how I am able to embody my truth and love and shadow and pain.

Moving forward into the mystery of the unknown with confidence that the path forward will be aligned with what is right for me.
