Monarch Pilates is a unique studio in Santa Cruz where we focus on bringing strength and awareness to your body through Pilates. Our certifed instructors provide professional training in a fully equipped studio and offer focused attention on you and your body. All fitness and ability levels are welcome. Our new location provides the opportunity to offer detailed small group instruction. Series classes and private lessons are structured for each student to properly learn the basics and advance to the appropriate level.
