Please consider good self-care, especially during the holidays. This is a difficult time for many people as there are a lot of high expectations out there to be joyful during what can a pretty tough time for many. The perceived expectations can be overwhelming.
Good self-care tips include:
1. Exercise
2. Getting enough sleep
3. Eating healthy food
4. Drink lots of water
5. Limiting alcohol as it is actually as depressant
6. Spending quality fun time with loved ones
7. Socializing with friends
8. Giving yourself a kind pep-talk, instead of being self-critical when things don't go as you had hoped
9. Date night with your partner
10. Getting outdoors
11. Forgive yourself and others
