The fourth trimester is just as important as the pregnancy and labor itself. You cannot pour from an empty cup mama, lets talk about it and break the stigma of the unexpected things people forget to talk about.

Please reach out to family, support groups or people you know that have the bandwidth to support during your transition into motherhood and reach out to your local providers.
