Self-Care

So many of my clients feel guilty if they take care of themselves and make themselves important enough to honor their own needs. Self care and care of others is like breathing…if you just breathe out you will eventually fall over. You need to breathe in as well.

If you feel down, tired or depleted, I suggest you commit to doing one thing for yourself each day. Doing this is nourishing and replenishing. You are worth it!
