Having so much fun traveling in Brazil 🇧🇷!! Trying to travel light, I brought doTERRA’s top 10 oils, of course! + my other travel fav’s: doTERRA OnGuard hand spray & beadlets, a godsend on public transportation with the kiddos! And TerraShield bug spray to ward off those pesky mosquitoes! Also my doTERRA correctX and peppermint beadlets, one for boo-boos and the other for bad breath!😳😜

I've been using essential oils to address so many different health and household issues that arise in our family. Skin issues, allergies, tummy aches, sore throats, mold, headaches, PMS, colds, the list goes on! I'm hoping that everyone gets the chance to experience the power of EO and feel empowered and in control of their health. I'm so interested to see how they are now being used in hospitals!

I can't imagine being a mom without my oils. I'm constantly reaching for them to soothe sore muscles and boo-boos, ease or lift spirits, and create my own little oasis of calm... Feeling thankful...
