“When you walk into BODY, you feel relaxed and connected,” describes Lori Parish, 18-year owner of the award-winning wellness destination. Prior to opening BODY, Lori spent twenty-five years training massage therapists in the art of bodywork as the Executive Director of New Mexico Academy of Healing. She is a pioneer of the health & wellness movement, leading the way with an integrated approach to self-care that addresses fitness, skincare, bodywork, sustainable shopping, and perhaps most importantly, the need for authentic human connections: “With remote working, so many people relocating, and of course the pandemic, we’ve been putting our core need for human connection on hold. BODY aspires to be a safe space to emerge from your cocoon and be well.”

BODY’s community of health seekers are drawn to their core belief that self-care is self-love and that every body is deserving of love. “Choosing wellness is not an act of indulgence,” reflects Lori. “What’s good for your body aligns with what’s good for the planet.”
