I help people stop paying emotional debt from the past.
Through somatic, neurobiological, and relational work, I help individuals and couples process unresolved emotional pain held in the nervous system, so they can experience more safety, clarity, connection, and freedom in the present.
My favorite line in this new video from Chase Hughes is probably this:
The symptoms are not the problem. They are the payments.
Or this:
Healing begins when the body stops paying for what the past never got to finish.

Some forms of healing don’t happen through effort, but through listening.

This women’s psychedelic day retreat offers a thoughtfully curated space to explore dreams, intuition, and symbolic insight.

Designed for women who value depth, safety, and integration, the day unfolds slowly and intentionally.

You’ll remain present in your body, supported by skilled facilitation, and invited to explore what arises through reflection, creative processing, and shared integration.

This experience is for those sensing a transition, an inner inquiry, or a desire to reconnect with something essential.

600 Days: Meeting the Ice, Finding the Light ❄️✨Today marks 600 days of meeting the cold—a journey of transformation, resilience, and self-discovery. 🧊 Over 91 hours in the ice, I’ve faced my edges, rewired my nervous system, and brought light to the shadowed spaces within. 🧠💡On this Winter Solstice, as the longest night gives way to the returning light, I honor this milestone with gratitude and balance. 🌌☀️ The practice evolves—no longer about streaks, but about rhythm, presence, and choice. And yes, I celebrate with a smile and a pink donut 🍩💖. Because even shadow work can end in sweetness. The light is returning. And so am I. 🥶✨

Imagine a relationship where you and your partner’s nervous systems are in sync, creating a deep sense of safety and trust. This is what the Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy (PACT) can bring to your relationship.PACT is about learning to care for each other’s nervous systems – the foundation of true, lasting intimacy. It’s not just about feeling safe; it’s about training our bodies to know we’re safe with each other, even during conflict. Over time, as you learn to read each other’s signals and respond with genuine compassion, the bond you create feels like home – a place where you can finally let down your guard and just be.This isn’t instant. It’s a journey of mutual attunement, resilience, and respect for each other’s nervous system. But the result? A love that feels deeply secure, profoundly grounded, and wholly alive. If you and your partner long for this depth, reach out. Let’s work together to build a bond that truly feels like home.

🌱 "When we’re triggered, our nervous system often reverts to survival responses—fight, flight, freeze, or faint—that have been shaped by our past experiences. These automatic reactions are familiar; they form a kind of blueprint, etched by the wounds we've received. This is why, without meaning to, we may end up treating others in ways that mirror how we were once hurt. It’s like our pain has learned a script, and in moments of stress, it plays that script back, often directed toward those closest to us.

The deeper our own wounding, the more intense these reactions can become, and the more likely we are to unintentionally pass along that same hurt. Awareness is key here: recognizing these patterns can create space for us to respond, rather than react.

When we explore our triggers with compassion and curiosity, we start to heal those original wounds within ourselves. From this place of self-understanding, we can choose connection over conflict, breaking the cycle of pain and creating new patterns of kindness and care.

What 1 hour of trauma processing through Mindfulness-Based Somatic Emotional Processing (MBSEP) looks like. It becomes sensational, psychedelic experience of healing. ❤️‍🩹 # Have you tried somatic trauma processing?
