Today is HIV Cure Research Day, a moment to pause and celebrate the incredible journey we’ve been on.

From the uncertainty of the early days to the life-saving reality of U=U (Undetectable = Untransmittable) and long-acting treatments, we have turned the tide on HIV. But we aren't stopping there. The goal remains a functional cure for everyone.

Today, on World AIDS Day, we pause to honor the over 35 million beautiful lives cut short by the AIDS epidemic.

We remember their stories, their laughter, and the way they fought for a world that would treat them with dignity. We stand on the shoulders of activists who refused to be silent.

May we continue their work until there is a cure.
