Hospice is more than healthcare.

Hospice is care for the whole patient- addressing the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of patients and their families as patients near the end of life. It is a philosophy of care that focuses on improving quality of life through support, comfort and symptom management.

​If you feel that you or your loved one may be in the final 6 months to year of life, hospice services may be a good option to help provide the increased care and support you need. Consultations are always free, and our phones are always answered by a real person.

November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month. The month is a time to raise awareness about the importance of hospice and palliative care services, and to honor the caregivers and healthcare professionals who provide them.

Hospice care can help patients and their families maintain dignity and comfort during the final stages of life. It can also provide pain management, symptom control, psychosocial support, and spiritual care.

President Jimmy Carter signed the first White House proclamation to honor National Hospice Month in 1978.
