I’m excited to announce I’ll be running a NEW Workout series in the park!

WHAT: FREE 45min Workout
WHO: Open to all Fitness Levels

10 𝑪𝒂𝒖𝒔𝒆𝒔 𝒐𝒇 𝑫𝒆𝒉𝒚𝒅𝒓𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 (𝒀𝒐𝒖 𝑴𝒊𝒈𝒉𝒕 𝑵𝒐𝒕 𝑬𝒗𝒆𝒏 𝑲𝒏𝒐𝒘 𝑨𝒃𝒐𝒖𝒕)
Did you know your body is made up of about ~70% of water?
Without water, your cells can’t function properly. Which leads to a drop in your mood, cognitive function, and energy levels.
Some causes of dehydration include:
1️⃣Pregnancy (nausea/vomiting)
2️⃣Breast feeding (transfer of fluids to baby)
3️⃣Working out (loss of fluids due to sweating)
4️⃣Drinking too much alcohol/caffeine (inhibits an antidiuretic hormone causing your cells shrink, pushing more water out to your bladder)
5️⃣Irritable Bowel Syndrome (nausea/diarrhea)
6️⃣High altitudes (speeds up your breathing causing you to exhale more water v***r)
7️⃣Stress (adrenal fatigue causes your body's production of aldosterone to drop)
8️⃣Your period (estrogen/progesterone are on a roller coaster+ blood loss)
9️⃣Diabetes (sugar levels rise/the body rids itself of the excess glucose through urine output)
1️⃣0️⃣Eating too few fruits and vegetables
Three ways I like to combat dehydration include:
✅Limiting my caffeine/alcohol consumption
✅Filling my water jug up every day (you know the jugs with the little motivational phrases on them 🙋🏻‍♀️if you have one)
✅Drinking my water with Evogreens (Fruit Punch is the 💣!)
