Eden Kark will be teaching an ongoing class on meditation starting on Tuesdays in February. 5:30pm to 7pm. First class February 7th.
$20 suggested donation.

These classes are both standalone and progressive, and will focus on transformative and regulatory benefits of meditation. Looking at Buddhist, Taoist, and Ta***ic practices Dr. Kark will present simple and pragmatic forms of visualization and meditation to enhance health and well-being.

Dr. Kark's experience suggests that if the pH is between 7.2 and 6.6 the body is working to rebalance and doing a fairly good job.
