We are deeply saddened to announce that Nexus Health will be closing its doors and will no longer provide patient care as of January 30, 2026. Our top priority remains the care and smooth transition for all our patients. Nexus Health will continue operating through January 30, 2026, and during this time, we will work closely with every patient to ensure their care is transferred with as little interruption as possible.

Patients with upcoming appointments will be contacted directly by Nexus Health staff. Those without scheduled appointments are encouraged to call (505) 477-2200 for assistance with referrals, medical records, or additional information.

To help make this process as smooth as possible, Nexus Health is collaborating with other providers in the area, including CHRISTUS St. Vincent Medical Center and Presbyterian Medical Center, to coordinate referrals and continuity of care.
