Join me this Wednesday (January 7th) for a Hanna Somatics class series to help you unlearn tension patterns that are limiting your movement and comfort and to learn new ways of movement freedom and ease.
Each week we will explore new areas of the body and will offer new movement techniques to release habitual tension and find new ways to move with greater ease. You are invited to join for the full 8 weeks or drop in for classes if you can't make the full series.
