It was a search for answers, a better way to live my life and support my daughters, that led me to a business that I didn't even know existed. ​ Sometimes it's the mess we find ourselves in that creates an open-door. ​

I started to understand the value of taking care of my body inside and out. Taking responsibility to do this empowered me to take a journey toward building a better life,

Looking for a smoothie that doesn’t just taste good but actually supports your energy, focus, and overall wellness?

This Berry Banana Power Shake is one of my favorites because it delivers balanced nutrition in every sip. It’s a simple way to fuel your body in the morning, recharge post-workout, or stay satisfied between meals.

🥤 Berry Banana Power Shake

Ingredients:
1 scoop protein powder
½ frozen banana 🍌
½ cup frozen mixed berries (blueberries, raspberries, strawberries) 🍓
1 tbsp chia seeds or ground flax (fiber + omega-3s) 🌱
¾–1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or your favorite milk) 🥛
Optional: Handful of spinach (for an invisible veggie boost!) 🥬
Optional: 1 tsp nut butter (for healthy fats and a creamy texture) 🥄

Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
