It was a search for answers, a better way to live my life and support my daughters, that led me to a business that I didn't even know existed. ​ Sometimes it's the mess we find ourselves in that creates an open-door. ​

I started to understand the value of taking care of my body inside and out. Taking responsibility to do this empowered me to take a journey toward building a better life, physically, environmentally and financially. Now I am helping others find their own nutritional and financial plan. I’d love to help you feel better too! 🍂 Fall mornings call for something warm, cozy, and nourishing. This Protein-Packed Pumpkin Oatmeal is the perfect blend of comfort and nutrition—rich in fiber, packed with protein, and naturally supportive for steady blood sugar.

Ingredients:
½ cup oats
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
½ cup pumpkin puree
Dash of cinnamon + nutmeg
Drizzle of almond butter

Directions:

This Cabbage & Dandelion Detox Soup is packed with nutrients to help cleanse your body and support digestion. Plus, it’s perfect for fall! 🍂

Cabbage is known for its fiber and detoxifying properties, while dandelion greens are great for supporting liver function and helping flush out toxins. 💚
Detox Cabbage & Dandelion Soup 🍲

Ingredients:
1 tbsp olive oil
1 onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 head of green cabbage, shredded
1 bunch dandelion greens, chopped 🌿
2 carrots, sliced 🥕
4 cups vegetable broth
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp ground cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon juice (optional)

Instructions:
1. In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and garlic, and sauté until fragrant.
2. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and dandelion greens. Stir for 5 minutes.
3. Pour in the vegetable broth and add turmeric, cumin, salt, and pepper.
4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and let it simmer for 20 minutes until the veggies are tender.
5. For a little extra detox kick, squeeze some fresh lemon juice before serving. 🍋

This soup is light, cleansing, and perfect for resetting your system while nourishing your body from the inside out! 🌱
