Move your body. Support your community. Leave feeling better than when you walked in.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is back on Monday, April 6 at 4 PM; this one is led by Willow. 💜⁠

This is a warm, gentle, all-levels flow created to help you regulate your nervous system, move with intention, and reconnect with yourself. Expect mindful movement, breath-led pacing, and accessible sequencing in a supportive room.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is a donation-based class offered in partnership with Santa Fe Community Yoga (SFCY). 50% of proceeds support Yoga in Schools and Yoga in Prison, and 50% goes directly to the instructor. Thrive donates the studio space, equipment, staffing, and resources to make this offering possible.⁠

This class is offered every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month.⁠

Minimum donation: $10. All levels welcome.⁠

Your breath on the mat and the “messy” parts of being human--the car clutter, the unopened bills, the hard conversations--all belong. Nothing is outside the sacred.⁠

We asked Hot 26 & 2 yoga instructor Tara () a question we hear all the time: What’s the difference between 26 & 2 Triangle and a Vinyasa Extended Side Angle?⁠

She said:⁠

"In 26 & 2 Triangle, the focus is stability and structure. The stance is shorter, the hips stay more centered, and the shape emphasizes compression and strength through the legs and core. It’s steady, contained, and powerful.⁠

In Vinyasa Extended Side Angle, the stance is typically longer and more dynamic. There’s more freedom in the torso, more length through the side body, and often more fluid transitions in and out of the pose. It’s expansive and flowing."⁠

Same family of shapes. Different intention and style of yoga.⁠
