Willow’s classes invite students to experience the body as a sacred vessel of life through rhythmic movement, connected breath, chanting, and meditation. Her teaching weaves Bhakti Flow and Yin Yoga into spaces of devotion, rest, and embodied love.⁠

Born and raised in Boulder, Colorado, Willow is a love coach, sacred embodiment guide, and interspiritual companion. She has been practicing Yoga and classical Ta**ra for over half of her life, with a deep commitment to honoring the heart of the practice and its roots.⁠

A longtime member of the Thrive community, Willow describes the studio as a place that continues to nourish her life and practice. ⁠

And if you really can't make it, we kindly ask that you cancel at least 3 hours in advance. We get that plans change, and it's no sweat when you give us advanced notice 💦⁠

Also, friendly reminder that waitlist guests who are in the studio 2 minutes before class may get your spot, if you're not there. So, try to arrive 5 mins early when you can.⁠

Warm Giving Flow is a donation-based, gentle, all-levels class offered in partnership with Santa Fe Community Yoga, created to support both personal well-being and meaningful community care.⁠
⁠
Led by a rotating Thrive instructor, the practice blends mindful movement, breath, and accessible sequencing. Proceeds are shared, with 50% supporting Yoga in Schools and Yoga in Prison, and 50% going directly to the instructor. Thrive donates the studio space, equipment, staffing, and resources to make this offering possible.⁠

Thrive participates in this initiative as a way to quietly support broader access to wellness in our community, knowing that even small efforts can help meet real needs.⁠

We offer them on every 1st and 3rd Monday of the month. Our next Warm Giving Flow is Monday, 2/16 at 4 PM with Austin. ⁠

What happens when spirituality, nervous system science, and a whole lot of heart meet on the mat? You get a class with Barrett. 🧘‍♀️💫⁠

Barrett brings fun, spirituality, and a deep sense of community to every practice, because one of the signs of emotional maturity is being able to laugh at yourself. 😉⁠

A trauma-informed coach and somatic therapist, Barrett’s been practicing yoga for 18 years and teaching for 8. Her slower, breath-based Power Vinyasa style helps students regulate, ground, and reconnect with themselves. ⁠

Originally from Louisville, KY, she’s lived in six states, moved 38 times, and keeps finding her way back to Thrive, where she’s been part of the community since 2019. ⁠
