We're having our Annual Summer Luau! Tomorrow - Wednesday, July 23rd from 11:30 - 2:30. Aha'aina opens at 11:30 in our main dining room followed by a Hula performance from Ka Lā Kapu Polynesian Dance School at 1:30 in our living room. There will also be Kalua pig and sweet n' sour tofu, tropical drinks and deserts, lei exchange and phenomenal story telling through traditional dance. We hope to see you here! 🌺 🌺

While playing his grand piano for his neighbors, he loved all the joyful voices that would sing along. Working with fellow resident Blanche, they spread the word to see who might be interested in joining a choral group. No experience necessary. Over 30 attended this first rehearsal! It's a senior prom! Resident Rosalie organized a trip for her neighbors and friends to go to prom yesterday. :) Santa Fe Senior Services and Santa Fe County Senior Services put together a wonderful lunch and masquerade with live music at our local convention center. We love supporting resident-driven interests and outings at Brookdale Santa Fe. One of our own was even featured in the local newspaper!
