Good morning ☀️ FB clients & friends! I hope everyone is starting to get excited about the upcoming US official giving thanks holiday! I will be with family Wednesday-Sunday 11/26-11/30 of next week so don’t wait till the last minute to get in. Additionally, as a way of giving back for all my recently deceased Lily.🐕‍🦺, I am working to promote adoption of pets from kill shelters. Below is the link to the current ones facing the needle at Roswell. If you can help by either adopting &/or pledging $ to make it possible for someone else to adopt, that would be awesome! 😎 free transport is available from Roswell to ABQ Thursday 11/20. Roswell Animal Services is -4 kennels which means at minimum the whole top row of this collage will be euthanized for space on Monday. More will be euthanized if more dogs come into the shelter today or tomorrow. The shelter is closed today (Sunday) but will be open Monday morning at 8:000 AM. Good morning ☀️’s! I have a handful of waxing spaces available before I leave for my incredible daughter Maya Sky’s wedding this weekend. 🎉 My colleague has massage & facial appointments available today forward including the weekend. Text is still best for contacting the spa.

Happy Monday!
Hope all are enjoying their summer in these very interesting times & mostly mild summer SF weather. I will be working through Sunday p.m. of this & traveling Monday 7/21 through Friday 7/25 a.m. Starla will be available for massage & facials at the spa during that time so you can still text me to schedule. Happy New Year Clients & friends! 🎉 How can we make it the best & healthiest year yet? Perhaps consider committing to some small incremental changes in your health & well being! Maybe add a walk in nature, drinking enough good water (minimum 1/2 your weight in ounces), turning the screens off at least an hour before sleep times, getting your greens in, “stand guard at the gate of your mind” allowing love to guide your direction, and/or adding a monthly health & well being service like massage, coaching, and/or support group. Just some thoughts! For planning, I’ll be out 1/14-1/17 visiting family as that’s one of my favorite well being activities. 🙏🌸❤️
