Good Afternoon,
I am sending this email to all Nava Ade residents for whom I have a valid email address. I am having system transmission issues, so if you already received this email today, I apologize.
If you already registered for the annual meeting and/or submitted your proxy, thank you, you do not need to do anything further at this time.
If you have not registered to attend the meeting in person, please register in advance by clicking the link below or copying and pasting the link into your web browser’s address bar:

If you are unable to attend the meeting, please complete the attached proxy form and deliver it in one of the following ways:
1) print, complete, scan, and email the proxy to cehandy@hoamco.com
2) print, complete, and drop it off at the HOAMCO office address listed on the proxy. The office is not open for business but there is a mail slot in the office door.
3) print, complete, and drop it off at the Monte Del Sol Charter School between 5:30pm and 6:00pm on Tuesday, March 31st. Someone will be in the parking lot to collect them.

Please note that we have a write-in candidate named Donald Burg. Please read his Statement of Interest attached to this email and enter his name on your ballot as a write-in candidate.
Further Information:
The meeting will be conducted through ZOOM VIDEO CONFERENCING and ONLINE REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED TO ATTEND. Please click on the link above to register. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the meeting. Registration will act as a sign-in the day of the annual meeting.
There is an option to join by phone only; however, we highly recommend that you use the computer platform. Using the computer platform will better facilitate the board of directors answering your questions during the Homeowners Q&A. If you do not have a camera or microphone on your computer, DO NOT let that stop you from attending the online meeting. You can still sign into Zoom's computer platform and call in by telephone.
