Nava Ade Homeowners Association The Nava Ade community consists of 465 homes and includes amenities that are available to all Nava Ade residents.

We have a community clubhouse that is open year round with an exercise room, a steam room, and a meeting room. The meeting room is available for residents to rent for parties and meetings. We have an outdoor pool, hot tub, and picnic area, which are open from mid-May through September. There is an extensive trail system throughout the community that is part of the larger Chamisos Arroyo Trail that

leads towards downtown Santa Fe. We also have a brand new city park in the north side of the subdivision.

Good Afternoon,

I received a phone message today from Officer Elliot of the Santa Fe Police Department.

He wanted me to relay to you the following:

1) In the past 4 days there have been 4 incidents of break ins of homes and cars in Nava Ade; they believe by the same person
2) The person is gaining entry though unlocked front doors, open garage doors, and unlocked car doors
3) The police know who this person is thanks to a Ring doorbell photo and believe he is camping out in the arroyo nearby. They are currently working to bring him into custody.

Here's what he told me you should do: keep your front doors locked, cars locked, and garage doors closed at all times. If you see any suspicious activity report it to the police immediately. As I said, they know who this person is and are trying to get him into custody.

Hey all. Looks like the 90 acres to the west of Nava Ade, bordered by Richards and Governor Miles and Beckner is being planned/zoned for development. Looks like they are planning for 386 single family lots on that acreage. That's a lot of homes on not much space. There is a ENN meeting for this - if you're concerned about the density and lack of green space in this new development, please show up for the meeting and raise your voice.

They are also planning a 9 acre assisted living facility in there as well.

Personally, I'm alarmed by that much density as well as that much construction and development so close to us. I'm not opposed to development, but I would like to see a plan that reflects green spaces, walking trails, and also respect for the major arroyo that drains that space.

We have found a gray and white large cat who came to our door tonight in Nava Ade, across from Dancing Ground Park.

Let us know if he is yours. We will keep him tonight as it is too cold to put him out. If no response, will bring to Animal Shelter tomorrow.

He is very friendly and seems well cared for but does not have a collar
