Egg roll in a bowl! 🤤
This is a quick, easy & fully nutritious dinner
2 pounds ground turkey
1-2 tablespoons Coconut aminos
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 head of cabbage
2 shredded carrots
2 eggs
1 teaspoon ginger
🧑🏽‍🍳👨🏾‍🍳👩🏼‍🍳
1. Cook ground turkey to about 90% done.
2. Add in all other ingredients except the eggs. Once cabbage is cooked down add the 2 eggs.
3. Scramble the eggs into the mixture.
4. Enjoy!!
This recipe is great as is but you can also add any other veggies you like or make it spicy 🌶️ you can add it on top of cauliflower rice too!
