Goodbye's in September...Hello October
Looking at the calendar and seeing September was a surprise, as in, "how can it be...?" However, there were so many things to do to close up the yoga studio that I just had to keep putting one foot in front of the other. Now that October is here, I find myself genuinely mystified and even a bit bewildered. This October is the first month in 20 years that I have not been renting the yoga studio. Saying a final goodbye and thank you, I took the key off my key chain a few days ago.
A sweet yoga friend reminded me that though the space is gone, all of the memories are still with everyone who took class for 20 years, almost 13,000 people! Some other beautiful yoga friends sent me a gorgeous bouquet of flowers with a card that said change can be wonderful and inspiring!
Change, uncertainty and volatility have been at the forefront of the world right now, so we wanted to offer you a familiar sanctuary within our yoga classes. We made the decision to keep the yoga schedule the same for now. We also decided to keep payment for the yoga the same as well, allowing you to set an amount that works for you. The bills for the studio are almost all paid, so the money you contribute for yoga classes helps to cover our time and expenses. We really appreciate your support so very much.
*We will continue to be here for you, offering the yoga that we have been practicing for over 20 years. The 26 & 2 series is powerful, therapeutic and sustaining. Let it help ground you, strengthen you and keep you flexible to move with our ever changing world. Please let us know how we can continue to help you and how we can offer classes at times that work for you.
