At Spectrum Retirement Communities, we believe that creativity can spark connection, storytelling, and even change. That’s why we’re proud to launch Paint Away Alzheimer’s, a national initiative raising funds and awareness for the Alzheimer’s Association® through bold, beautiful, and one-of-a-kind works of art we call Artbrellas.

Each umbrella is a canvas of hope—designed by our residents, families, and teams to honor memories, raise awareness, and reflect the spirit of their community. These stunning Artbrellas will be proudly showcased at your local Walk to End Alzheimer’s® and other Spectrum fundraising events.

Spreading joy one basket at a time! 🧺🌷

Our residents are proudly assembling Easter baskets to donate to local nonprofit Bienvenidos Outreach, Inc. Each basket is filled with care—and a whole lot of heart.

Every Tuesday, our residents collect and deliver donations, continuing a tradition of giving back and staying connected to the broader community. Purpose, compassion, and community engagement—this is what redefining aging looks like.

🐾 From garden to giving back!

Our residents have been busy harvesting and drying fresh catnip—soon to be the star ingredient in handmade cat toys. Not only is this a fun, hands-on project that keeps minds and hands engaged, but it’s also purposeful: all extra toys will be donated to local animal shelters.

It's creativity with compassion—because giving back feels just as good as getting involved.
