If you visit the Santa Fe Planned Parenthood website, you'll see prominently displayed the notification:

"TEMPORARILY CLOSED FROM 12/30/24 UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE"

The Santa Fe New Mexican reports that this is due to a staffing shortage not only here in New Mexico, but nation wide (https://www.santafenewmexican.com/news/local_news/santa-fe-planned-parenthood-clinic-temporarily-closed-because-of-staffing-shortage/article_12e546f2-d35a-11ef-a085-0be4f09f9219.html).

While Planned Parenthood's doors are closed, Desert Rose Women's Resource Center remains open to meet women facing unplanned pregnancy in our community. We are seeing a significant increase in our patient load, serving the amount of women each week that we used to see in a month just over a year ago, all with the same amount of staff and resources.

This is a cause for celebration and encouragement that God is hearing our prayers and what we do matters! As we serve more women, will you consider an additional donation to help us meet the increased demand for our services?
