The axiom "energy flows where attention goes" is one prevalent in today's human potentiality movement and for good reason. The time you spend thinking about events and actions in your life can be time well spent...or time manifesting precisely what you're wanting to heal. Real Life Coaching was born out of the

desire to "assist with the positive transformation of the planet" one person at a time. Discovering clarity in your approach to life, mindfulness in your daily thoughts and deeds, and creating boundaries and and "unf**kwithability", that is, the ability to be impervious to other's negativity while remaining sanguine simply requires awareness and practice. Real Life Coaching founder Sara Diaz is a Master Reiki Healer in the Usui Tradition, and has been an ordained minister for more than 15 years. She has been a pastoral counselor, has worked with those with terminal illness, and throughout continues to counsel those who want more from life. She has been a corporate change agent, time traveler and Space Cowboy. Using time-tested techniques, a little humor and a lot of heart, she brings focus through self awareness techniques.
