First Communal Acupuncture Success!
Thanks to those of you who came. Healing amongst others creates a unique space and healing experience. I would like to expand this space into a ceremonial space for healing. I believe the way to heal/create change in the world is enter ourselves and heal. What better place to be supported in this than here on these lands and under these skies.

The next Communal Acupuncture will take place on Mon 12/29 afternoon at .glamping . Sliding scale $30-$60 Feel free to contact me with any questions/concerns and to schedule an appt.

It’s helpful to come in with an intention. I have a simple Intake Form to be filled out that may help with this. Before stepping through the door try leaving worries and whatever you’ve been carrying around for the day at the door. You can always pick it up on your way out if needed.

My intention is to create a sacred space where we can feel supported and have a clear open space to connect to and heal ourselves during these trying times.

Relax, unwind, and take time for yourself.
Health and well-being is at the forefront right now. I am inspired and excited to support our bodies, minds and spirits during these challenging times. Finding daily activities, self-care and raising consciousness practices that nourish and support us is important. Though times have not been easy we are finding our way, overcoming challenges and becoming better versions of ourselves. Laughter, fun and easiness are wonderful additions to difficult times. Personal healing and transformations are occurring more quickly than I have ever experienced. We are shifting out of age old systems and patterns.

Garden growings, despite the pests and weather.

Havasupai - the people of the blue-green waters. The waters of this canyon are special. The nature is potent. I visited this place almost 30 years ago. I was excited and nervous to go back after so long, times have changed. Many more people coming and going, overflowing parking lot, helicopter flying overhead back and forth carrying humans and goods, bathrooms, odors and more traces of humans. When I lay down to sleep the first night nature’s energy was right there and just as potent as the first time. I let out a sigh of relief and for the remainder of the time immersed myself in the blue-green waters of that canyon gem.
