My go to's for allergy prevention and relief.
-Chinese herbal formula, Jade Windscreen Formula
-take 1and a half the dose on
the label
-Homeopathic formulas
-Allergena Zone 6
-Histamine 30 or 200
-Juniper 30 or 200
- there are homeopathic
eyedrops available
-always shake well, even the pellet form, to activate. Keep them out of the sun. 3 pellets or drops every 15 minutes for an hour or 2 to start, if having an attack. Then as needed.
Take Vit D3 10,000 iu, and Vit K2 MK7 400mcg, daily to help boost your immune system.
Just in case....FOR SHORT TERM USE
-have allergy eyedrops

SUDAFED works well to clear symptoms, very drying.

Trying to pick a Medicare Advantage plan?

Presbyterian Senior Plan is the only one that covers Acupuncture if that is a benefit that is important to you.

BCBS and UHC say they do but will only pay an M.D. to do it not an actual Acupuncturist. Humana and others will only pay your acupuncturist a nominal fee such as 50.00. Not worth any acupuncturists time!

This is so important. 98 percent of my patients are Vit D3 deficient. It is super important to take D3 with vit K2, MK7 form. I take 10,000 IU a day. D3 is needed for every part of your body, including your immune system.
