Body Tuning, Therapeutic Massage and Combination Sessions are a graceful blend of pressures and techniques customized to your unique needs, and may include Swedish, deep tissue, tigger point, cranio-sacral, chinese meridian therapy, aromatherapy essential oils, warm stones and energy medicine. While addressing physical tension and aches, I also gently tune into the energetic roots beneath them. Long Covid: Hi everyone. I’m starting some research on the effects of energy healing for various conditions. The first condition I’d like to explore is long covid. If you or someone you know had covid and never quite felt like themselves again or continues to have physical issues from a past covid infection, please reach out to me for more information. Our Story

As an intuitive- artist- healer- counselor, I assist others through one on one sessions, in person or distance, integrating intuitive guidance, psychosynthesis, energy medicine, and bodywork. Additionally, group events (both online & in person), and intuitive painting commissions are ways that I bring through this work to support others as well.

Connection and exploration of core Essence, to knowing or being sensitive to ourSelves and the natural world in this way, brings us home, opens doorways to intuition, well-being, emotional healing, authentic empowerment, love & understanding, greater clarity about self- life -next steps, and personal connection to Spirit/Source. My art imagery and process, explores the synthesis of spirit and matter. This is the core of all my work... how we do this, helping clear the pathways, untangle the blocks, create imagery, and facilitate experiences of this aspect of who you are- your divine essence.

However we connect, my promise is to bring not only my 17+ years of experience and solid training, but also a gentle spirit and caring heart.
