Some of the things that made me happy this weekend… my puppy learning how to ride in third row of my Hummer by herself, my two best friends fighting over Zac snoring at night in their bedroom and Ashley attaching two snore strips to his nose to try to handle the situation with no avail… And the puppy snuggling up to her arch nemesis and xeus not killing her❤️ I will take the little things as a win lol

Tonight’s cord cutting class was powerful. ✨

We gathered to release what no longer belongs to us—old attachments, heavy energy, patterns, and connections that have been draining the spirit. Through ritual, intention, reflection, and sacred release, each person honored their own healing in a beautiful and meaningful way.

There were deep moments, emotion, laughter, and so much strength in the room. Watching everyone choose themselves and reclaim their energy was something special.

This is what these Sunday nights are about—community, healing, transformation, and remembering that we are allowed to let go.

My youngest son sent me this today… It really hit home. We have so little time each go round…..stop worrying about what others think, stop worrying about past mistakes, stop worrying about the future. Be appreciative of Today. Wake up….and do your best. Love as hard as you have the capability of…. some days that may be easy and some days that may be hard. Love to all of you and doing your best🫶🏼

Today’s oracle card class was pure magic. ✨

A room full of creativity, intuition, and brave hearts willing to listen within. Watching each person bring their own cards to life and trust the messages coming through was such a beautiful reminder that wisdom lives inside all of us.

There was laughter, connection, reflection, and those quiet sacred moments that are hard to put into words. Every deck created today carries the energy of its maker and that is powerful.

So grateful for everyone who showed up and shared their energy with the circle. 🤍

My Arizona birthday trip was so much fun! We stayed in Scottsdale, but we visited Flagstaff, Sedona and Phoenix. The trip started with my new pup taking a visit to the vet for a respiratory issue. We got to eat amazing food and make so many more memories to add to the existing ones! Life is great when you have great people to experience it with!
