No one’s coming to save you.
No magic cure. No perfect moment.
No external fix.

The version of you that SAVES you
is the one that finally says:
“Enough.”

Enough surviving.
Enough shrinking.
Enough waiting for someone else to fix what only YOU can feel.

This mural hit me like lightning.
Because we already carry the medicine.
We just have to activate it.

Caught from the ring camera that faces my healing room❤️I just got done with a session when it captured this. Then I zoomed in and saw the 3 orbs. My 3 helpers caught in light form. Today was magical. I had time to organize all of your drawings into folders. One for Rashada, Rana, James, and Xena….you can’t make this up. So many different clients drawing the same exact spirits helping them….my spirits. Spent the entire weekend making my own home into sacred space. It’s all finally done….ready to bring some spiritual community together. Enjoy the holiday week! I will post our open house this weekend!

About a week ago in while I was in session I had this absolute desire to start working with Green Tara! When my client left, I went inside and memorized her mantra and learned as much as I could about her. If you know me, you know that I work primarily with indigenous spirits. This was new to me. I knew I had to have something to put in my space as a representation of her! Today I went a little quest to go find her. I ended up at the Sacred Space in Summerland…and there she was! It’s almost like she was waiting for me lol
Who is Green Tara?
She is the Mother of Liberation—the swift protectress who rides the winds of compassion. Green Tara is the embodiment of divine feminine energy in action. She’s the one you call when you need courage, clarity, and sacred fire.

One foot tucked in meditation, one extended in readiness—she’s always poised to help.

Her mantra: Om Tare Tuttare Ture Soha
It calls in protection, peace, and fearless compassion.

In my healing space, she reminds me that love can be powerful, and power can be loving

Have you ever fed a crow… and had it feed your soul in return? I have 2 crows I feed twice a day. They love unsalted peanuts, seeds, and berries!

Crows are more than clever birds, they’re messengers, watchers, and guardians. When you begin to leave them offerings like bits of food, shiny objects, or even whispered words, something sacred begins to form.

A relationship of trust…
A language beyond words…
A magical alliance with the unseen.

Feed them consistently. Speak kindly to them. Watch how they show up, not just in the trees, but in your dreams, your omens, your intuition.

Some say they carry messages between worlds.
Some say they never forget a face.
I say they become family.🥰

Are you interested in working with a Deity? Sekhmet is a powerful one to begin with. I studied Egyptian healing so she is one I call upon during all my sessions. Here is a simple ritual you can do. I have my own but that is personal to me❤️

✨ Simple Sekhmet Healing Ritual

For strength, courage, and releasing what no longer serves.

What You’ll Need:
• A quiet space
• A candle (red, orange, or white — whatever you have)
• A glass or bowl of water
• Something to represent fire or strength (a stone, an image, or even just your hands over your heart)

Step-by-Step:
1. Set Your Intention
Sit quietly and say:
“Sekhmet, lioness of healing fire, I welcome your strength.
Help me release what I no longer need, and ignite my healing.”
2. Light Your Candle
Gaze into the flame for a moment.
Imagine Sekhmet’s golden light surrounding you — bold, warm, protective.
3. Breathe with the Fire
Take 3 deep breaths. On each exhale, imagine letting go of fear, pain, or anything heavy.
Feel her fire burning it away gently.
4. Bless the Water
Hold your water and say:
“As fire cleanses, water restores. I receive healing with grace.”
You can sip the water or pour it into the earth when you’re done.
5. Close with Gratitude
Say:
“Thank you, Sekhmet, for your healing light. I am safe, I am strong, I am free.”
Blow out your candle (or let it burn safely if you wish). Let me know your experience if you choose to work with her.😘

It took me almost a year to complete this program but I am so proud I did! My husband encouraged me to add this to my offerings. I had no idea how much work was involved, but it was worth it. I am now certified through International Association of Wellness Professionals❤️

Anybody that knows me, knows when life goes sideways you can find me under the tree in the park right next to our house. That tree has seen so much laughter, but also a fair share of tears.  It where we meditated when the last of my sons moved out as a group, it’s where we have played games, read Tarot, and buried a note to Zac’s dog Zeus that passed. That tree has seen many seasons of my life. I honor the shelter I feel laying under it looking up at the sun gleaming through its branches. I love my tree❤️
