It's in the exploration and the twists and turns that the road guides us through in this Healing Journey. As we walk this road, the goal is to guide you towards a better life. The tools that I use in this practice begins with:
-Listening: a kind ear that's able to listen and hear what's being said makes all the difference.
-Tarot: used as a form of psychological check in, the tarot unveils truths and paths we have yet to explore.
-Guided Shamanic Meditation: meditation in its various forms offers serenity and calm in our daily lives through breath work, & a form of grounding.
-Shadow Work: peering within ourselves not just to see what secrets lies in the darkness, but to find ourselves in the darkness he hide in.
-Rituals: simple rituals to help us let go of the anxiety, pain, and the urge to fight as we face ourselves.
-Soul Retrievals: an intensive form of shadow work that must be done with caution - as the goal is to re integrate the missing, the hidden, the forgotten, and the ignored parts of who we are back into the whole. Other Tools used in this practice include

It's been a while since I've done any forward momentum in any direction... I've felt lost since the office closed and I've been tackling mental health issues since. But I've been slowly working to fig myself out of that hole.

Yesterday was the first day I willingly touched my deck of tarot cards in months, and started setting up an outdoor area at the 5th wheel for doing videos. Today was the first day I've done my kind of a reading for myself. It took a bit to concentrate on it... But it was well worth it.

Baby steps.
