Day after car accident... Feeling sore everywhere and having a few extra muscle jerks. But other then that I'm okay. We will start class back up on this Thursday. Hope to see you all there. Thank you for your love and friendship.

Good morning my amazing yogis. So the ayes have it. We are going to introduce a Barre class to our classes. I checks around and the least expensive is $110. This covers two 5' barre bars made out of pvc pipes. I will have an envelope in class for those who wants to donate to help off set the cost for me. We will start Barre class next week!!! So excited!!! Thank you for your help. Much love your wild and crazy teacher!!!
