The Support Group for Empowering Minds is open to all and provides activities and laughter, designed to lift the spirits.

Mission Hope Cancer Center has multiple resources to help you develop a proper nutrition plan for during and after cancer treatment. Our registered dietitian provides informative classes and one on one counseling to help people feel their best.

Have you heard about Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy? This state-of-the-art treatment utilized here at Mission Hope Cancer Center is most commonly used to treat early-stage lung cancer.

The latest episode of the Hello Healthy podcast presented by Dignity Health features a discussion with an advanced therapeutic endoscopist and gastroenterologist, Dr. Constantine Melitas. Recognizing the importance of early detection, Dr. Melitas is spearheading a new pancreatic cancer screening program to implement at Mission Hope Cancer Center.

Seeking nutrition and exercise advice? Current patients, survivors and caregivers are all welcome to join our First Steps: in Nutrition and Physical Activity class.

It's no secret that proper nutrition and daily movement are two key contributors to maintaining and improving health. Led by a Registered Dietitian and Cancer Exercise Trainer, this workshop will provide you with the tools to support your health throughout treatment.

Join us on the second Tuesday of the month from 2:00-3:00 p.m. in Santa Maria.
