Bodies, like the land, have an ecology. Our bodies inner ecology is often disrupted by toxins, foods, the environment, and even thoughts. When our inner ecology is thrown off, everything gets out of whack. Inner body ecology restoration is what I teach. I currently am finishing a Certification in Fermentation (Fermentationist Certification). With this wisdom and experience, I am compelled to share

and teach with others all about the benefits of sauerkraut and the how to of making and eating fermented foods. I personally experience enormous healing from eating fermented veggies, nuts, fruits, and dairy items. I have friends in my community who have also experienced healing in the body, and the mind, from adding probiotics or fermented foods into their diet. I, myself, suffered for years from Candida overgrowth which caused many uncomfortable symptoms. I also suffered from IBS and had no way of knowing how to help myself. I have been on restriction diets and taken probiotics but nothing has catapulted by healing like eating wild fermented foods. I I am fascinated, and sold out, on the benefits of fermentation, and probiotics, for so many of the bodies ailments and diseases. I teach fermentation classes in home and in office settings for my clients. I can teach on the science and history of fermentation, how to make sauerkraut/kimchi, yogurt, kefir (dairy and non-dairy), water kefir, juice kefir, ginger/tumeric bug (probiotic sodas), nut cheese, miso, pickled veggies, and tempeh. I bring all the ingredients, you bring a jar to fill, and we will have a great, hands on time. We will be learning all about how to get the perfect ferments for far less money, right in the comfort of your home. You can ferment your own seasonal veggie surplus, create a diverse array of microorganisms to help you maintain a healthy gut, boost your energy, and so much more. Classes generally run $30 per person and everyone brings home a starter culture and produce/sample to enjoy.
