We are looking to hire a part time/ full time person. Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must but is not required to have previous experience, we will train the right person. This person must be available for the following schedule with the option of working in our Santa Maria office if interested in more hours:

Monday- 2pm to 5:30pm

Tuesday- 8:45 am to 5:45 pm (lunch 12:30 to 1:30pm)

Wednesdays 2pm to 5:30pm (as needed)

Thursday 8:45 to 5:45pm (lunch 12:30 to 1:30pm)

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a must. Must be able to multi-task and work at a fast pace. Some of their responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
-Answering phones and helping or directing the caller to the right person/department.
- Checking in/ out patients
-Taking payments
-Understanding/checking insurance eligibility
-Confirming appointments
-Scheduling appointments
-Keeping track of the schedule
We are looking for someone that can show professionalism over the phone and that will have no problem sitting for long periods of time and/or standing and sitting. No experience is necessary, we will train the right person.

Qualifications: Bilingual English and Spanish (Req'd)
No Experience Necessary.

This person will need to have a basic understanding of prescriptions and the different lenses that we carry. They will need to be highly motivated as we are a busy facility and have great customer service skills.

At times they will be required to assist other depts., such as answering phone calls and scheduling appointments, and/or traveling to our second location in Grover Beach.

Benefits:

Schedule: 8 hr shift, Mon-Fri. 9am-6pm.

Supplemental Pay: Bonus Pay.

COVID-19 Considerations:
Common surfaces sanitized often including pens, clipboards, and products on display. Limiting amount of people in the office. Masks req'd upon entry.
