                                            Gentle Awakening Sequence
1. Grounding: steady posture, long exhalation, awareness of feet and base.
2. Alternate-nostril breathing until pulse and breath are smooth.
3. Spinal awareness: trace inhalation from base to crown, exhalation down again.
4. Mantric resonance: silently intone OM or the personal seed-sound on each rise.
Over weeks, sensations of warmth, subtle vibration, or inner light may appear - signs of coordination.
