We don’t realize how often we rehearse fear.
You think you’re just worrying…
But what you’re really doing is training your brain to expect the worst.
Every negative “what if” lights up the same neural pathways. And the more often you travel that road, the more automatic it becomes.
I can tell you from experience that these repetitive thought patterns can lead to you finding yourself in a dark place where you feel overwhelmed and hopeless.
What I didn’t know back in the day was that I wasn’t just negative. It’s that my brain was just behaving as the computer it is - efficiently.
Our brains focus on remembering the familiar and prioritizing what gets repeated.
The good news…
Is that if we can wire in fear, we can also wire in peace.
If we can strengthen worry, we can strengthen trust.
Today, I want you to know that you’re not stuck. Your patterns are just practiced.
And with the right strategy, tools and Springboard reframes, you can put yourself on the path of a totally different reality.
