I seek to help my clients unravel their past history, to find the root causes of unwanted patterns and ne

gative behaviors, and to discover why it is that those patterns persist. Through these revelations, I aim to empower my clients towards the path to forgiveness and healing, and to help them break patterns, so that they may begin to live more fulfilled, healthy, and joyful lives. In other words, to live the life they were born to lead.

Sometimes getting better isn’t just about feeling relief. Sometimes it comes with a quiet sense of guilt…like moving forward means leaving a part of you behind.

Sometimes we don’t keep asking someone to change because we believe they will…but because we’re afraid of what it would mean if they don’t.

Sometimes healing doesn’t just ask us to let go of pain. Sometimes it asks us to let go of who we had to become to survive.

Sometimes relationships don’t end with a fight.
Sometimes they end with a quiet realization.

Healing can feel strange at first. Sometimes peace feels unfamiliar when chaos is what we learned.

Anxiety isn’t always expecting disaster.
Sometimes it’s feeling responsible for preventing it.

Some behaviors are labeled pathology in one culture and resilience in another.

I’m honored to be presenting at CAMFT’s ANNUAL CONFERENCE in San Diego this May.

In this workshop, I’ll be sharing how childhood experiences and cultural environments shape the emotional blueprints people carry into adulthood. We’ll look at how trauma, family systems, and societal norms influence relational patterns, character styles, and the survival strategies people develop over time.

One of the most meaningful aspects of this work is recognizing that behaviors often labeled as pathology are often adaptive responses that are shaped by culture, environment, and early experiences.

Looking forward to connecting with fellow clinicians who will be attending.

It's vital to discern where our energy is best spent. These three reminders are compass points guiding us towards a path of tranquility and self-empowerment.🌟 Other people’s expectations about you: The only expectations that truly matter are the ones you set for yourself. Let go of the weight of trying to conform to others' standards. Your worth is defined by your journey, your growth, and your authenticity.

🌟 What other people are doing: Comparison breeds discontent and diminishes the beauty of your unique journey. Each individual's path is woven with distinct threads, and your progress is a testament to your strength. Celebrate your successes and growth without the shadow of comparison.

🌟 Things you can’t control: The currents of life often carry us into uncharted waters, and there are aspects beyond our control. Release the grip of worry on these matters and focus on the areas where you can make a positive impact. By channeling your energy wisely, you cultivate a sense of agency and contribute to your own well-being.

Release the weight of worries that don't serve your well-being. Your journey is your own, and your focus is best placed on what nurtures your growth.
