Jane Fondas’ Trainer, Malin Svensson, teaches a LIVE Strength Workout Online once a month on a Saturday morning. The next class is on September 6, at 9 AM PST.
Malin takes you through nine unique strength training exercises designed for the 50+ body. She will demonstrate and provide detailed instructions on three different levels of difficulty to make sure you do the exercises correctly to decrease pain and prevent injuries while you're getting stronger! The Saturday workout also includes the Nordic Body Dynamic Drill of the Month. Here you will practice a mixture of balance, coordination, speed, reaction, mobility, and flexibility.
