🏅 Sports Mental Health Tip 🧠

Ensure that children under the age of 12 enjoy a diverse range of sports rather than focusing solely on one.

This approach not only helps prevent overuse injuries but also guards against negative emotions like burnout.

Encourage a rich variety of sports in your child's life—let no single activity overshadow the rest! 🌟

Imagine a time when despair loomed large, yet a single thought of appreciation—like the warmth of a loved one’s smile—transformed that heaviness into resilience, igniting a flicker of hope within.
