• Why: Writing by hand activates the brain’s reticular activating system (RAS), which filters and prioritizes information.
• Benefit: You’re more likely to remember and internalize what you write, making self-reflections more lasting.

* Women have lower testosterone levels - making it very difficult to develop large, bulky muscles without a high-calorie diet and performance-enhancing substances.

* Strength training creates a lean, toned look - not bulkiness.

* Muscle tissue burns more calories at rest than fat - which means the more lean muscle you have, the higher your metabolic rate.

* Nutrition - getting bulky is more about eating a large calorie surplus rather than lifting weights alone. Strength training combined with a balanced diet leads to a lean, athletic physique.

* Strength training supports longevity and health:
✅ Bone density (reducing osteoporosis risk)
✅ Joint stability and injury prevention
✅ Posture and core strength
