This is a complex time with a lot of uncertainty. Being in the psychotherapy field my wish is to support people in this process. My deepest desire is to hold space for this unprecedented event. I'm moving into protecting the safety of others by offering virtual sessions with sliding scales during this time period. What I know during times of transition is that having others witness us is one of the key pieces to get through. We're going to figure this out together.
