Years ago someone gave me golden advice that I just couldn’t hear at the time. I was in a toxic relationship and she said, “You’re trying to make a pig, a dog.” Ahhhhhh how wise she was, and I wished that I could have heard her then. But I do now.

Whether it is the socialite posturing community endeavors for her own glory, or the friend who simply can’t cheer for your success, or the boyfriend with a wandering eye, learn to recognize people for who they are, and trust your instincts. Dance around them and move along! You will thank yourself later!💃🏻

I was hoping would include into an episode!💦 Oh my, tonight’s episode brought back so many memories from the time we ended up smack in the middle of this Water Festival during one of our Retreats to - there was no escaping the water wars! I ended up with an ear infection after being ambushed with a 30 gallon bucket of water that was likely scooped up from the river straight over my head.🥴

Even though this was an annual I found a few photos from this particular trip, with some photos of our incredible group as well. We donated our proceeds to foundation while volunteering at the elephant sanctuary for a week.

Happy Navaratri! ✨ It’s my favorite time of year again, and the Day of Victory, Dussehra, is upon us.
