When Katie Fergus purchased PractiSynergy, the billing company was still operating on a paper-based DOS system.

Katie had a different vision.

She wanted one connected place for clients, staff, and data so the company could grow and scale with the healthcare practices it supports.

This clip is just a preview of that transformation story.

Many medical billing companies operate across several EHR systems today.
That often means staff rekeying patient data, reconciling information between systems, and managing fragmented workflows.

HL7 integration can act as the bridge between client EHRs and your billing platform, helping teams centralize workflows and reduce operational friction.

Last month at our Growth Kickoff, we launched something new:
Tebra’s first annual Pickleball Tournament.

It quickly became one of the highlights of the event. From fierce rallies to cheering teammates, the energy on the court was incredible.

🏆 Congratulations to Jake McSweeney and Ramy Salhader (Team Code Blue) for winning the championship and taking home the first-place prize.

And yes, leadership joined the action too, with Dan Rodrigues and Kevin Marasco stepping onto the court.

Already looking forward to next year’s tournament. 💚
