Denied claims don’t just delay payment.
They create more work for your team.

From follow-ups to rework, denials can quickly impact both cash flow and daily operations.
The challenge is that many of these issues start before the claim is even submitted, from eligibility gaps to missing documentation.
This article explores what’s driving denial rates today and how billing teams can reduce them through better workflows and smarter triage.

Thank you for shining more light on this. It’s fascinating to see how people turn to music, especially in everyday moments like commuting or getting through daily routines, to reset and recharge.

Proud to see Tebra’s research helping surface these insights and spark the conversation around stress, coping, and the small things that make a big difference. 💚

A new report has revealed that Linkin Park are the band that people turn to the most when they are looking for a bit of stress relief.

The study conducted by Tebra polled 1000 people around the USA about what they use to cope in “overwhelming moments”, as well as analysed 155,626 tracks from 560 stress-relief and mental-health playlists.

The results showed that 35% of people cope with stress by listening to music, with the top situation for stress-relief listening being commuting or driving, swiftly followed by household tasks and doing exercise.

And that’s where Linkin Park come in, who were then named as a top “self-reported artist people listen to for stress relief” alongside Taylor Swift and Adele.

They also appeared highly on rock stress-relief playlists alongside Radiohead and Deftones. In terms of emo/punk, Panic! At The Disco, Rise Against and Turnstile appeared the most, whilst Alice In Chains, Slipknot and Metallica were named as the top metal artist to appear on those playlists.

Technology has transformed healthcare, but not always in the ways providers hoped.

For many, it has meant more time spent documenting and less time connecting with patients.
This short clip explores how that shift happened and how AI-powered documentation is helping providers reclaim their time and focus during patient visits.

66% of providers report burnout, and missed visits play a bigger role than most realize.
It’s not just the empty slot.
It’s everything that follows:

▶️ Manual rescheduling.
▶️ Interruptions throughout the day.
▶️ Last-minute scrambling.

Over time, these patterns create instability across the schedule and add strain on your team.

This mini-guide breaks down what’s driving the cycle and how practices are starting to reduce it.

No-shows don’t just leave empty slots.
They create rework loops:
Calls ➡️ Voicemails ➡️ Callbacks ➡️ Reschedules ➡️ Repeat.
And most practices are still solving for the wrong problem.

Missed appointments don’t just disrupt your day.
They quietly drain your revenue.
Nearly 1 in 5 practices lose more than $5,000 each month to no-shows.
The surprising part?

Most fixes focus on reminders… but that’s not the real problem.
