Arm Balances: What I Wish I Knew Sooner 🤸‍♀️✨

When I first started practicing arm balances, I thought it was all about muscling my way up 💪 and hoping my feet would magically float. Spoiler: it doesn’t work like that.

Here are 5 things I’d do differently if I were starting over:
✋ Feel the weight in your hands instead of just trying to lift your feet
🌬️ Breathe through the wobbles instead of holding your breath
🔁 Practice consistently, not perfectly — progress comes from showing up
🤍 Trust your body more than you doubt it
🌀 Stay curious and playful along the way

Remember: arm balances are a journey, not a destination. 🌿
